- project coordination, or a related field
- proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

- good communication skills at staff and management level
- proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- above average organisational skills
- experience working in Electrical or data industry desirable but not essential
Responsibility
- schedule, minute and close actions from project meetings
- participate in project post-mortem meetings to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and suggest improvements for future projects
- any additional co-ordination or administration tasks that present as the department grows
- monitor and manage project tasks, ensuring they are executed as per the project plan and within allocated timelines
- support initial project start-up activities
- ensure client information and satisfaction feedback is updated and communicated
- accurately update employee and sub-contractor skills matrix
- ensure efficient use of resources and provide administrative support as required
