- comfort Properties is an independent business which is based in the heart of Syston, Leicester
- we provide a high-quality service in property sales, lettings & management throughout Leicestershire and beyond
- the main purpose of this role is to ensure that our tenancies are managed quickly and efficiently
- as our Business continues to grow year on year, we are looking for another dynamic person to join our close-knit team as an Administrator to assist with all elements of the business
- which include dealing with maintenance issues, deposits, end of tenancy reports as well as ensuring that all legislative requirements are met which includes arranging safety certificates and liaising with our contractor database
- based mainly in our Branch in Syston you will also be happy to attend external appointments where required, a drivers licence is preferred with access to your own car
- you must be a 'peoples' person, able to communicate professionally and be committed to providing the highest level of Customer Service day in day out
- your organisational skills will be key to prioritise your own workload as well as being an active team player to achieve a collective goal
