Responsibility
- help residents to socialise within the home and community
- to be involved in risk assessments of activities, outings and events as necessary
- to help organise and attend any local events
- provide comfort and company, on a one-to-one basis, for residents who are able to participate in any form of activity
- responsible for enhancing the intellectual and social wellbeing of the residents to provide as far as possible, a happy and stimulating experience
- maintaining accurate records
Requirements

- degree in Psychology or equivalent
- to showcase your knowledge and skill set
- experience working with people with mental health needs and/or a willingness and motivation to learn
