Responsibility

  • working with the Project Manager and After Sales coordination team to remain on time and within budget on projects
  • work alongside various engineers, site managers and companies as required
  • to complete and update all requested paperwork, including Commissioning Certificates
  • undertaking briefings on method statements, risk assessment, toolbox talks and any other briefings required
  • taking responsibility for the health & safety of self and all under your control, including any associated accident reporting and/or investigation; the Project Manager will complete preliminary documentation
  • reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems
  • as a team carry out a full installations of Solar PV systems and EV charging points to company and accreditation standards
  • troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions

Requirements

  • applicant must be a fully qualified electrician with 18th edition
  • be able to work to NICEIC/ MCS standard
  • hold an ECS/CSCS card
  • must be able to drive and hold a full UK driving license
  • applicant must pass a DBS check
  • electrical background
  • awareness of CDM Regulations
