  • research and analyse relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws
  • prepare and file court documents and other legal documents related to probate and estate administration
  • our business is expanding and we’re looking for a Financial Litigation Paralegal to help our team, based in our Handforth, Wilmslow office
  • clear understanding of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • support clients on the best course of action to take in probate and estate administration matters
  • monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly
  • maintain client files and records
