this will be agreed with the Senior Partner, Deputy Practice Manager and other staff involved
under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Assistant Practice Manager/ Patient Services Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the practice at both sites to ensure the smooth running of the business
provide assistance and support to the Practice Manager as required
this role will work closely with the Practice Manager, the Patient Services Lead, and the Operations Lead, to provide overarching operational management and support to all staff in the practice
knowledge and understanding of CQC compliance and its relevance to operations
Requirements
proven experience of working in general practice
excellent communication skills
