Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Night Receptionist/Porter to join our nights team at Colwick Hall Hotel
- must be reliable and trustworthy and have excellent customer service skills
- you will be assisting on reception overnight with the checking in and out of late arrivals and early departures
- dealing with guest queries and meeting the needs of our guests as they arise
- other duties will include cleaning of the public areas and function rooms of the hotel
- you will also be required to serve drinks from bar after hours, if needed
- you will be working 20 hours per week . Other hours & shifts available in other departments
- the ideal candidate will be happy working nights as your shift will start at 10pm and end in the morning at 8am
