Responsibility

  • colville Care Ltd is a long established, family run company, providing residential and nursing care to a variety of older adults
  • beggars Roost is a small and friendly Nursing Home with 26 residents. It is rated "Good" by CQC
  • it also suits people who enjoy working along side other like minded people
  • we value and support our staff to develop and gain the skills and knowledge to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of our residents and progress in rewarding and satisfying careers
  • we will provide training and support
  • set Night shifts available for 36 hours on FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY. Shifts are 8pm to 8am. We pay an additional premium of £2.15 per hour for weekend work. We pay for breaks, uniform, DBS checks, free parking and free meals, training
  • the role of Night Care Assistant will suit people who enjoy helping others, have good organisational skills, are calm, friendly and reassuring
  • this position is suitable for candidates who have no previous paid experience in care
