regularly assess bar inventory levels and forecasting stock requirements to prevent overordering while maintaining enough stock to meet customer demands during busy periods

maintain a positive, festive atmosphere that aligns with the spirit of the event, enhancing the overall guest experience
Requirements
an understanding of the importance of valuing and motivating a team
personal Licence Holder
full Driver’s Licence
experienced in managing in a fast-paced hospitality, production or events setting
rough Terrain Telehandler Ticket
an understanding of the demands of both the event and hospitality industry
preferably First Aid and / or Food Safety certification
A good understanding of EPOS systems
bar manager
Responsibility
manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency
supervise, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain excellent customer service
oversee stock control, ordering, and deliveries to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the event
handle cashing up, till management, and daily sales reporting
ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene regulations
work closely with event management to maintain the festive theme and atmosphere
handle customer queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
maintain a clean, organised, and safe bar environment at all times
Requirements
previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a busy venue
strong leadership and communication skills
excellent organisational and time management abilities
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, festive environment
personal Licence Holder
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak holiday dates
