Responsibility
- there are four key pillars of a Space & Community Manager and we are looking for someone with commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail to fulfil the role
- ownership of the site - at its core, this means ensuring that the operations and processes within your site work for both the members and the team
- know and be able to implement member safety plans, i.e. fire and emergency plans
- space - ensuring that the venue looks its best at all times, meeting the needs of your members
- refine and review the use of the budget ensuring it is used optimally to better the space
- design and recommend rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to · Resolve member complaints regarding other members through neutral fact investigation and process termination of membership when warranted
