Requirements

  • you will be an entrepreneurial and commercially minded individual with an enjoyment of growing business
  • you will have experience of mentoring and supervising more junior members of a team

  • computer literate
  • the ideal candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge of real estate property law, have a commitment to client satisfaction, and be an ambitious self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a busy office environment
  • you will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 6 years PQE
  • knowledge of the local area and existing client base would be advantageous but not a strict requirement. More importantly you will be entrepreneurial and commercially minded individual with an enjoyment of growing business

Responsibility

  • in addition to managing the department you will run your own high quality caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions
