- significant transactional experience with a demonstrable record of deal execution across all phases of the transaction cycle from origination to completion
- the ideal candidate is ambitious, client-centric, well versed with corporate finance technical concepts, commercially strong and resilient
- the ideal candidate is ambitious, client-focused, commercially strong and highly persuasive
- M&A advisory in an investment bank, professional services firm, private equity team, M&A Boutique or corporate development role
- leading client engagements and managing teams
- good understanding of P&L, B/S and working capital concepts
- drafted or co-drafted at least x3 IMs
Responsibility
- act as primary day to day contact for the client and the Collingwood team
