Responsibility
- to ensure all of our Residents, Guests and Contractors, receive exceptional Customer Service and Care, consistently presenting a professional and courteous approach, as a face of the business
- ensuring all storage rooms, risers, plant rooms and the cleaning cupboards are all locked and secure
- you will be expected to carry out all aspects of your role profile and any additional responsibilities as requested from time to time
- complete Weekly Checks
- the Company expects all employees to maintain good standards of electronic and/or paper filling as required in their role
- actively participating in ensuring the company meets all of its business KPI’s
- work closely with all departments to ensure excellent communication amongst all areas; be proactive and willing to assist other departments when the business requires
