Responsibility
- run a room and team if staff for under 2's
- provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery room
- plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in the nursery room
- maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- collaborate with other nursery room staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
Requirements
- previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- first Aid and CPR certification
- level three in childcare Essential
- nursery: 1 year
- nursery experience: 1 year
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
