  • flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner
  • full UK driving license
  • property Management: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year

Responsibility

  • providing landlords with professional advice in relation to ensuring their properties are compliant and in good repair
  • dealing with check-outs and related returns of deposit and disputes if they arise
  • track works and jobs in hand and keep both parties informed of progress/status of works. If necessary, to check the works after completion and then to sign off relevant invoices for payment
