Requirements

  • have a helpful and approachable manner
  • CIPD qualified or currently studying toward the qualification
  • experience of dealing with confidential/sensitive information
  • confident in own abilities and operating at all levels
  • high attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal ability to assess and react to a situation, e.g. with empathy or assertiveness
  • strong organisational and time management discipline with ability to multi-task and demonstrate initiative
