Responsibility
- you will be responsible for managing key accounts around the world in a very fast paced business
- maintain regular contact with key account customers and identify sales opportunities
- your role will be to maintain & build strong relationships with customers through regular calls and occasional visits

- record and maintain accurate records

- support the sales team
- provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- resolve or escalate customer queries quickly and effectively
- attend events and industry exhibitions
- manage communication with key internal stakeholders – Management, Procurement, Operations & Finance
Requirements
- at least three years experience in sales/account manager roles
- proven ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
- ability to work individually and as part of a team
