Responsibility
- calling potential tenants to build relationships, understand their requirements and qualify their affordability to help find them a suitable home
- handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins
- conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- negotiate new tenancies and arrange the relevant paperwork
- identifying business opportunities to help increase income and expand local market share
- conduct valuations and following up
- comply with the Property Ombudsman code of practice as well as keeping up to date with all new lettings legislation
- dealing with any issues that arise with our managed properties
