Responsibility
- managing a team of staff
- dealing with the general public and members and building relationships
- work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
- provide updates on takings when on shift
- uphold and enforce company policies
- train new hires / Develop staff / Address issues as needed
- help managements budget. Keeping an eye on costs
- address customer issues and complaints
Requirements
- work experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role
- experience working in busy bars and coordinating functions is essential
- leadership skills are essential in this role
- being able to work under pressure and think on your feet
- customer service experience
- ability to build relationships with club members
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of cash management
