Requirements
proven experience in leading key national retail accounts within a similar branded consumer goods business
solid track record of developing internal and external relationships
demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals and illustrating an understanding of a customer P&L
effective presenter; interpreting data, building and delivering decks
an interest in art and craft
MS Office proficient
excellent communication and teamwork skills
resilience, perseverance and with a tenacity for developing business
Responsibility
responsibility focuses on optimising the distribution of the Colart portfolio of premium fine art and creative brands, the facilitation of consumer engagement activations, and gaining share of voice in-store and digitally within the account base, all whilst delivering strong commercial returns for the business
although the role is based in our West London office, we offer a hybrid working model, where you will be required to travel extensively within the UK to meet with customers
reporting to the Mass Channel Director, you will be responsible for: developing and delivering the implementation of account-specific business plans; achieving account profitability and sales and growth targets; serving as the primary account contact, providing clear analytics on account performance; and providing account leadership
