Requirements

  • proven experience in leading key national retail accounts within a similar branded consumer goods business
  • solid track record of developing internal and external relationships
  • demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals and illustrating an understanding of a customer P&L
  • effective presenter; interpreting data, building and delivering decks
  • an interest in art and craft
  • MS Office proficient
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • resilience, perseverance and with a tenacity for developing business

Responsibility

  • responsibility focuses on optimising the distribution of the Colart portfolio of premium fine art and creative brands, the facilitation of consumer engagement activations, and gaining share of voice in-store and digitally within the account base, all whilst delivering strong commercial returns for the business
  • although the role is based in our West London office, we offer a hybrid working model, where you will be required to travel extensively within the UK to meet with customers
  • reporting to the Mass Channel Director, you will be responsible for: developing and delivering the implementation of account-specific business plans; achieving account profitability and sales and growth targets; serving as the primary account contact, providing clear analytics on account performance; and providing account leadership
