Requirements
- proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager in a nursing home
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- sound knowledge of CQC regulations
- A nursing qualification is desirable but not essential
- previous Experience: At least 1 year of management experience in a care home providing nursing care
- regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC governance and compliance
- leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with a focus on exceptional care delivery
