Responsibility
- you will join us on a full time, permanent basis
- in return you will receive a competitive salary of £26,500 to £29,500 based on experience
- we also campaign on behalf of all those living with coeliac disease and undertake research into the causes of the disease

- you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of supporter care, ensuring supporters feel valued
Requirements
- great knowledge and passion for building excellent supporter/customer relationships
- demonstrable success and experience in a similar role – events, marketing, communications, or fundraising
- good understanding of fundraising practices
- organised with great time management and prioritisation skills
- experience of project management
- an excellent, confident communicator - in person, on the phone and in writing
- knowledge and experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management database
- experience of MS office/365 and Teams
