Requirements

- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is highly desirable

Responsibility
- host guests in the amenities area, providing a warm and professional welcome
- maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the amenities area, ensuring it is well-stocked with clean cutlery, glassware, and other essential items
- maintain the lobby in pristine condition and effectively communicate with the facilities management team on all maintenance and housekeeping related issues
- polishing cutlery and silverware to the highest standard, ensuring they are presented impeccably
- reset tables promptly, arranging them in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- assisting the security team on site by correctly managing deliveries to the building/residents
- respond to phone calls and emails
- ensure that the rules and regulations are followed by all residents
