Responsibility

  • read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine fabrication requirements
  • assemble and weld metal components according to specifications
  • use various tools and equipment, such as welding machines, grinders, and saws, to complete fabrication tasks
  • perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards
  • maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

  • mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes
  • experience in metal fabrication and welding techniques
  • ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials as required
  • MIG welding: 1 year
  • fabrication: 1 year
