Responsibility

  • liaising with the kitchen team ensuring all food is ordered, dietaries are accommodated for, and the numbers are correct
  • showing round new potential couples and securing the bookings
  • dealing with complaints
  • gathering feedback from our clients to understand how we can improve and develop for the future
  • ensuring that events run smoothly to the highest standard
  • daily management of building. Ensuring the building is opened and set for the days events and ensuring the venue is closed and secured correctly at the end of the day
