COBURN & BAKER are currently recruiting new candidates. Has anyone worked for them before?

How did you know about the 3 months learning period, did they mention this in the job offer? It's a terrible experience if they tried to fire you for being "slow" in the first week. Did anything else occur in that workplace?
What is the situation at COBURN & BAKER now, as we had no new opinions for a long time now? Maybe someone of the new employees will share their info concerning work in that company?
