- as Clinical Manager / Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home
- home: Small Sized Neuro Rehabilitation Centre

- your key responsibilities will centre around management of staff, care delivery to residents, medication administration, recruitment, training and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- valid NMC Pin
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards
- overall responsibility of the home
- proven track record of successful home management
- provide comprehensive care and support to patients undergoing neuro rehabilitation
- sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professional
- ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
