COASTAL QUALITY CARE is looking for employees for positions:

  • full-time

Requirements

  • must have experience working with young people with emotional behavioural difficulties in a residential setting
  • diploma level 3 Children and Young Peoples workforce and full UK driving license desirable
  • coastal Quality Care Ltd provides residential care for children based on a therapeutic approach
  • our children may present emotional and social difficulties and some challenging behaviour at times
  • shifts are 8am-11pm with sleep in duty
  • on average you will work 10 shifts per month on a 1 day on 2 days off rota pattern
  • this allows for 20 days off a per month for the right candidate
  • working within a supportive therapeutic environment, you will be part of a team dedicated to caring for young people with compassion and a commitment to positive relationships
