Responsibility

• support the day-to-day running of the branch and ensuring compliance with all aspect of rostering, recording, and reporting
• make changes to visits as requested by clients, their friends, and relatives
• accept new packages of care from a variety of referral routes

• take an active part in the on-call rota
• plan for training days as part of daily operations
• deliver care, including personal care, to clients as required
• prepare staff rosters to ensure continuity in the delivery of care using an online roster system. Ensure these rosters, and all changes, are communicated to clients and carers, re-allocating shifts as necessary, to cover staff absences
• support business development by providing all relevant information to prospective new clients and visit them in their home to discuss their requirements
• you will also support your manager with the recruitment of new carers, conducting interviews and managing compliance
• reporting to: Registered Manager
