Responsibility

  • coastal Management are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Property Management department
  • communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as being a positive and pro-active team player
  • full driving licence beneficial
  • the role involves working alongside other property managers in our lettings department to ensure the smooth running of a portfolio of properties, including the full lettings process
  • you will also be expected to work alongside the accounts and repairs departments to carry out administrative duties as and when required
  • although experience within the property industry is not essential, the ideal candidate will hold experience within an administrative role, have a strong work ethic and be able to work well under pressure
  • we are offering a competitive salary of up to £23,500 plus a performance related bonus of up to £2,000 . Working hours are 9-5.30 Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10-1
