Responsibility
- as a busy and successful office with an experienced team working closely together, teamwork is central to our culture
- communicate with and coordinate appointments for multiple professional contractors such as copy writers, photographers, EPC assessors
- create and maintain individual property and brand marketing such as property brochures, online adverts, social media and window cards
- proofread and write copy for marketing and advertising
- raise, monitor and maintain invoices
- provide sales support including checking and correcting of data
- monitor and ensure compliance
- update clients by phone and email
Requirements
- excellent written and verbal communication
- positive, pro-active and flexible approach
- driving license and car
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training and support will be given. An ambition to succeed and deliver excellent service is essential
