Holding multiple awards for marketing and service, we know the importance of our people.Key responsibilities:As a busy and successful office with an experienced team working closely together, teamwork is central to our culture.Communicate with and coordinate appointments for multiple professional contractors such as copy writers, photographers, EPC assessors.Create and maintain individual property and brand marketing such as property brochures, online adverts, social media and window cards.Proofread and write copy for marketing and advertising.Raise, monitor and maintain invoices.Provide sales support including checking and correcting of data.Monitor and ensure compliance.Update clients by phone and email.Liaising with support and ordering departments to ensure smooth running of the office.Assist with incoming enquires, booking of appointments for valuers and negotiators.Occasionally conducting property viewings, survey visits etc.Experience and skills required:Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training and support will be given.
