Responsibility
as a busy and successful office with an experienced team working closely together, teamwork is central to our culture
communicate with and coordinate appointments for multiple professional contractors such as copy writers, photographers, EPC assessors
create and maintain individual property and brand marketing such as property brochures, online adverts, social media and window cards
proofread and write copy for marketing and advertising
raise, monitor and maintain invoices
provide sales support including checking and correcting of data
monitor and ensure compliance
update clients by phone and email
Requirements
excellent written and verbal communication
positive, pro-active and flexible approach
driving license and car
excellent attention to detail and accuracy
previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training and support will be given. An ambition to succeed and deliver excellent service is essential
