Requirements
- supervise cleaning staff focussing on their standards of cleanliness and their performance
- ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered
- reviewing work schedules, ensuring staff are adhering to time keeping, and company policies
- stock taking - Ensuring quantities of cleaning materials and monitoring of all cleaning activities
- spot checking the site at the end of the shift ensuring all tasks are completed to the company standards
- rota management
- training existing and new staff members
- cleaning: 1 year
