Responsibility
- full Description
- undertake all routine maintenance tasks and minor general repair work as requested by the Maintenance Manager/Home Manager
- to check with the main office and PCS for tasks to be completed. Set priorities in consultation with the Maintenance Manager
- on a weekly basis undertake the fire alarm test and routine check of the fire doors
- on a quarterly basis undertake a routine check of wheelchairs, frames, reclining chairs, and nursing beds
- as an expanding organisation we are now excited to announce we are looking to recruit an additional General Maintenance Person to join our team on either a full or part-time basis
- to take delegated responsibility for the emergency lighting checks and fire alarm tests
- you will work with the existing team to provide routine maintenance services to two Care Homes and staff houses within the Torbay area under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Home Manager
