Responsibility
assisting the Management Team to achieve KPI's
managing complaints and trouble shoot where necessary for resolution
completing process guides for changes and implement in the business and external partners
manage and update member support team with all fleet changes so they can update the member help centre and FAQs
quality assurance and feedback logs for staff, 3rd party companies and also deliveries and collections for dealerships
ensure that a high level of customer service and vehicle service is maintained, and when required, have the confidence to deal with all customer issues
provide supervision to internal Fleet Team and Fleet Support Operatives in the field
handling incidents, e.g. abandoned vehicles, accidents, emergencies or theft
