  • this location is about establishing for the long term and having the long term vision
  • the successful partner will enter on a 5 year renewable agreement with a break clause within the first 3 years

  • the long term vision for the venue is accommodation offering breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week, attracting Coach companies and general bookings
  • there is a local trade for Sunday lunch and the occasion drink in the sun, however this venues unique location is about maintaining and promoting to the wider audience of around a 30 mile radius
  • the venue has the option of live in but this isn’t a necessity. The owners believe that experience and influence from further a field will be important to give the venue the edge and allow outside the box thinking
