previous office experience, ideally in the Financial Services sector
working knowledge of CMS internal systems and provider sites
knowledge of CMS internal procedures
experience working as a paraplanner or analyst previously
level 4 qualified, or working towards/ previous industry experience
experience of working in a customer service role
interpersonal skills
experience of working within an SLA/target driven environment
Responsibility
gather accurate information about client policies to prepare and review documents for Pension and Investment Clients
data capture and analysis to ensure IFAs have relevant information to meet their clients varying needs
dealing with general queries from clients, by telephone and email
maintain knowledge and awareness of processes and process amendments
have the ability to undertake all tasks and responsibilities requested
ensure a consistent level of standard is maintained to ensure CMS reputation within the industry is second to none
attend client meetings as required with the Advisor and taking away all post meeting tasks such as suitability reports; post review reports; defined benefit calculations; new business reporting etc
be responsible for your involvement in company projects
