CMC MARKETS HOLDINGS is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility
- develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent market abuse and insider trading
- the Financial Risk Manager will develop, monitor and report various risk metrics ensuring breaches are appropriately reported or signed off
- monitor trading activities for suspicious behaviour and potential violations of regulations
- advise and guide the client onboarding team on KYC/CDD/EDD
- daily interrogation, interpretation and reporting of stress testing
- conduct investigations into potential instances of market abuse or insider trading
- drive the development of existing reporting of market and credit counterparty risk
- advise the business on AML and fraud controls, improving frameworks, et cetera
Requirements
- relevant experience in financial services firm
- in-depth knowledge of regulations related to trade surveillance and insider trading
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- experience working with regulators and conducting internal investigations is preferred
- experience of building AML controls including KYC and Due Diligence Requirements considering different jurisdictions and Group entities
- previous experience within Trading or Brokerage
