  • reconciling supplier statements/payments and proactively resolving queries
  • ensuring all invoices invoices are posted in a timely manner
  • ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • maintaining strong business relationships with suppliers
  • answering inbound calls

Requirements

  • ability to deliver a range of tasks, simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • working knowledge of Finance practices
