- DTS UK is a well-established, CNC Machine Tool company supplying some of the most prestige’s engineering companies in the UK. The company is experiencing growth and are looking to strength the main office team to cope with current and future demand
- we are a passionate team, looking to bring the right people on board to support our fast evolving and expanding organisation to meet demand as the company continues to expand into different areas and industry
- knowledge of VAT for sales and purchase transactions for UK and foreign transactions
- knowledge of bank reconciliations for multiple accounts including foreign currency
- we are currently looking for an Accounts Adminstrator + Office Manager
- setting up new customers accounts using credit reports and managing these accounts/limits
- reviewing financial reports to identify problems or opportunities for improvement
- purchase Ledger - receiving and processing invoices, issuing BACS payments to suppliers and reconciling supplier accounts, experience of foreign currency accounts and payments an advantage
- co-ordinating and managing office staff
- liaising with internal and escalating to external HR consultants
- reporting and attending management meetings
Requirements
- some experience of a CRM system an advantage
- some experience with and co ordinating payroll
- ability to learn on the job and adapt to changes
