Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • creating and maintaining accurate accounts and folders for each client
  • contacting customers by telephone, and email, where applicable to secure any additional information that is required
  • taking and making calls, using our phone system from clients, lenders and solicitors
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant operational systems and policies and procedures
  • ensure all communication is handled in an efficient and professional manner
  • liaise with the Director to ensure a full exchange of any issues and or queries
  • ensuring client accounts held on our crm system are in adherence with compliance, whilst making sure that file statuses are applied correctly
  • follow all policies and procedures outlined by the director

Requirements

  • excellent oral and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • able to summarize and record notes in a clear and concise manner
  • previous experience in a similar admin role is an asset but is not a requirement
