Requirements

  • strong commercial awareness and a focus on results
  • appropriate technical, legal, and commercial knowledge
  • strong attention to detail and production of accurate work
  • excellent communicator of information and ideas. Proactive sharer of knowledge in a way which is received positively
  • full or partial RICS qualification ideal
  • UK / EU Driving Licence
  • A minimum of 4 years + experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in a consultancy or with a main contractor or residential home builder

Responsibility

  • agree and prepare final account documentation for approval by the Project Manager or Managing Director
