CLOUDSCOPE is looking for employees for positions:
programme manager
Responsibility
- lead, manage, and deliver all IS projects and change requests
- serve as the primary link between business management and technical resources, ensuring capacity, sign-off, task tracking, successful delivery, and performance metrics
- manage a small team of project managers, offering guidance and support as required
- implement and improve project and change control documentation, processes, and procedures
- effectively communicate and control the IS delivery plan, including projects and change request landscape
- support the IS Director and IS Steering Committee by providing project updates, capacity updates, timescales, cost vs. budget information, etc
- ensure projects and tasks are achieved within initial cost and timescale targets
- facilitate strong communication between business/functional requirements and delivery resources, enabling effective planning and expectation management
Requirements
- experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, enabling cross-functional communication, resource planning, and delivery to targets
- ability to explain complex technical terminology to non-technical audiences
- strong project management skills, including planning, multitasking, and delivery to targets
- excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- familiarity with software development life cycles, project quality management processes, relational databases, and business processes and controls
- proficiency in process mapping and redesign
- formal project management qualifications/certifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
