- be the go-to person for content creation – technical blogs, email campaigns, social media posts and marketing collateral across the Cloud9 portfolio –
- curation of content across the company's social media accounts

- manage and develop the CMS including creation of new web pages as well as creating and maintaining new and existing content

- work closely with Sales and Partner teams to devise and execute effective marketing campaigns - helping to maintain strong relationships
- workingcollaboratively and able to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
- proactively working with the sales, delivery team and CEO to capture thought leadership to create exciting and trending new content that is SEO optimised
- keeping companies and CEO’s website up to date with news etc
- measure and report on ROI and KPIs across lead generation, email campaigns, social media channels, and website
- proactive use of latest technology and best practices to ensure business outcomes are achieved
- working with wider Cloud9 team to provide support with product launches
- ensure all content, marketing and communications materials are engaging on brand and effective by employing a considered approach to briefing work and evaluation
- writing longer form content, including eBooks and reports, based on events or on the knowledge of the team here at Cloud9 Insight
- proof-reading all client facing company materials to ensure all messaging and copy is on brand and meets high quality standards
- assisting in the delivery of analytics reports based on agreed KPIs
- support identification and creation of content to increase lead conversion
- support creation of Client references
Requirements
- confident writer with an expertise in leveraging SEO
- experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment to meet all deadlines
- previous experience in a digital marketing role in a scaling business
