- the ideal candidate will be suitable for the running of a site, whilst working on the tools where required
- ensuring projects are carried out to a high standard of work
- ensure materials are delivered to site are the correct times
- manage subcontractors and in-house workers on site
- carry out works yourseld as a competent skilled trade throughout the projects
- we are looking for a site manager / working manager to join our residential construction company across various large residential projects throughout Devon
- ensure health & safety of the site is maintained
- due to the nature of our business, candidates who have a proven record to understand the entirety of a project, and are confident with trades such as groundworks, structural works or carpentry will be favourable
Requirements
- competent to be able to run and understand a residential building process
- must have a driving licence
- be able to work as part of a team
- can do and positive attitude towards work and other employee's
- 10 years+ experience within residential construction projects
- residential Construction: 7 years
