  • uphold transparent communication channels with our international clients, promptly and professionally addressing their queries, updates, and concerns to nurture enduring relationships
  • create and uphold detailed project documentation, including comprehensive project plans, detailed schedules, progress updates, and comprehensive meeting minutes
  • pave the way for productive project status meetings, ensuring all action items are captured, tracked, and effectively communicated to stakeholders
  • oversee project timelines and deliverables, promptly identifying potential risks and proposing well-considered solutions to guarantee project milestones are celebrated
  • aid with budgetary tracking, uploading invoices, and expense management for our international projects
  • as a Project Coordinator at Cloud9 Fulfilment, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the smooth execution of high-value international projects, ensuring impeccable coordination, communication, and punctual delivery to our esteemed clients

Requirements

  • possession of a bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field is benefical, but not essential
  • experience as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or akin roles, ideally within the world of global fulfilment or logistics
  • communication skills are crucial due to the international aspect of the role
  • adeptness with project management tools and software
  • an analytical mind
