to work with the Manager to produce budgets and half termly reports for approval by the Board of Trustees

to manage the Finance function, this includes raising invoices, debt collection, accounts payable, reconciliation. Knowledge of QuickBooks not essential but desirable. The successful candidate will be using a similar system in their current role
to provide administrative support, registering and processing child application forms and processing funding termly. Creating booking forms and processing ad hoc bookings for wraparound care
safety is absolutely paramount along with the well-being and happiness of the children who attend, to ensure this all staff must have a valid DBS check and undertake safeguarding training
