CLOPTON NURSERY TRUST is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • to work with the Manager to produce budgets and half termly reports for approval by the Board of Trustees
  • to support the Nursery in achieving targets set by the Manager and Trustees. This can include collating and analysing statistical data
  • to provide key support to the Nursery Manager, staff and parents. Dealing with all telephone and email enquiries, managing website and social media
  • job Title: Administrative Officer
  • to manage the Finance function, this includes raising invoices, debt collection, accounts payable, reconciliation. Knowledge of QuickBooks not essential but desirable. The successful candidate will be using a similar system in their current role
  • to provide administrative support, registering and processing child application forms and processing funding termly. Creating booking forms and processing ad hoc bookings for wraparound care
  • safety is absolutely paramount along with the well-being and happiness of the children who attend, to ensure this all staff must have a valid DBS check and undertake safeguarding training
  • § To contribute to and attend his/her supervisions
