Responsibility
managing the sales team schedule for both internal and external appointments
support the Sales Manager in the creation of client presentations
preparing formal customer quotations, order forms, and invoices
monitoring lead generation through telephone and online enquiries, qualifying information and reallocating to the relevant sales outlet
maintaining the CRM system to ensure all data and information is relevant and up to date
collaborating with the key departments within the business such as Sales, Finance, IT, Processing, Design and Manufacturing. All departments play key roles in the creation and completion of projects. Good communication must be maintained throughout
reporting financial analysis on customer orders through weekly and monthly reports to Sales Manager
manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partnerships
Requirements
administrative
well organised and possess a high level of administrative ability
high Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks
self-starter with the ability to manage processes and drive efficiency
liaising with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job
structured approach to time management and scheduling
experience as a Sales Coordinator or an administrative role is advantageous
ability to work as part of a team and share joint goals and objectives
