Responsibility
- design, execute and evaluate long-term and short-term integrated Trade marketing and sales campaigns for various revenue streams
- collaborates with product managers and marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication
- the Sales and Trade Marketing Manager will lead all external front facing conversations to deliver innovative sales & trade marketing solutions
- carry out trainings on marketing, branding of the sales teams and dealers regarding the standards
- identify and develop new sources of revenue through strategic partnering and developing international and new markets
- develop a special trade promotional plan with key customers and channels
- sales & Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering all sales Strategies. He/She will be training the sales team as a thoughtful leader and innovative partner to work with external clients
- ensures that the local feedback is considered by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores
Requirements
- strategic plan for delivery plan and operations to follow through Brand evangelists and Sales teams
- five years’ experience working in marketing/communication’s/ Business development or related functions
- high level of Project Management skills
- marketing: 1 year
- knowledge of Asian market, as we will be planning to open office in the near future in different countries of Asia for the expansion reasons. If you have experience of working in Pakistan, this will be an advantage
- exceptional verbal and written communications skills must be Ambitious, proactive, and positive
- demonstrated ability to manage own workload and to work as part of a team
- BBA/MBA preferably completed in the UK: focus in Business, Marketing and Trade
