- we are seeking a highly organised and patient-focused Clinic Receptionist with phlebotomy skills to join our team
- this role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our clinic and enhancing patient satisfaction
- the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in process, and providing support with a range of administrative tasks

- maintain a tidy and organised reception area and ensure patient waiting areas are clean and comfortable
- efficiently manage patient check-ins and verify personal information and testing requirements
- assist our Doctors with inquiries and patient management
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Phlebotomy is a huge plus
- strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- high level of IT literacy. Proficient in using computers, internet, google suite, other software
- phlebotomy skills - Certification in phlebotomy
- MLA skills - Basic understanding of how a laboratory works and interest to learn more
- proven experience in a customer facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience in a similar environment will be highly regarded
- phlebotomy skills with a valid certification
- commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality
