Responsibility
- developing and implementing systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations
- overseeing the day-to-day running of the companies operations
- maintaining tone of voice, ensuring that all communication by the company meets the required standards
- troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in the course of operations
- monitoring and tracking the company’s operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
- collaborating with and challenging senior management to develop and implement strategies for the growth and success of the company
- developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- day to day management of the outsourced contractors and in house office coordinators, including evaluating performance & identifying areas for improvement of the back office, working with the Head of Training and Products
